One of our key management development programmes, Evolution is designed to give successful restaurant managers the capability and confidence to make a successful move into an Operations Manager role - and take responsibility for a group of restaurants.

How long will it take?
Evolution is designed to be totally flexible. How long it takes to complete will depend entirely on you and the time you need to be ready and confident. For some people this may be as short as six months; for others it may be up to two years. There is no right or wrong.

While your development is ultimately your responsibility, throughout your time on Evolution you will have the support of a wide and varied network, including your Line Manager, your own personal sponsor, a mentor, other managers and our HR team.
